Sigh... dear friends, I have been less than honest. Not for bad reasons, but because I had hopes that being positive would make it so... But its not fair, how the real world works... Rex and I do NOT get along as well as i have led you to believe... I has hinted that there was major issues... But have not been honest... I almost lost my left eye this week in a fight I started... He is so PLAY, all the time, but is more than game to get to it too... We are both starting to look like fighting dogs... We CANNOT be crate and rotated. It adds to the tension... This is not fair to me, nor is it fair to Rex... or the kids, to see the violence... or mom, or dad who have to separate us, make us make up and then clean the blood and wounds... PLUS, I was trained to fight in my old life... i know things that Rex should NEVER see... EVER... and I am teaching him every time we fight... and we do in passing sometimes... Rex an I cannot be made to get along, our personalities dont mesh... and I dont want to steal the happy from his soul... sooo... He was supposed to have only been a foster, but he steals your heart... so we tried to let him, and he did... but first dogs rule... and I bring out the best or worst in any dog I meet... and Rex does not deserve me making him the worst... we failed... dad is not a god, he is human, he cant MAKE this work... SOUTH EAST MICHIGAN... One year old Bully needs a home. OK with cats, but they need to be able to hold their ground... GREAT with kids and HIGH ENERGY dogs... VERY MUCH a love bug, who LOVES to snuggle... I have a great home... but I know Rex does not really fit it (me, Peanut...my bad) and he deserves better... Rex is very loved here, and this is very painful to admit... but again, he does not fit in here... because we paid for a second Pit Bull... after we recover from this failure, we will be finding one who works better for my orange evils... Like Ace, whom we should have kept.,, But we glad he is doing so well...
