Signed up for an Obstacle Course Race? Youre going to be pushed to your limits. Incorporate Fartlek runs into your workout routine. These will boost your aerobic fitness as well as help you build endurance. Try this workout: 3 mile run. Every 3-5 min stop and do 25 squat thrusts, push ups, or squat jumps. Repeat cycle until you finish 3 miles. As your fitness builds add miles or shorten time between exercises. #fartlek #GoGetIt
