Walk in Love Galatians 5:16. I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. To walk in love is to walk in the Spirit. If you walk in the Spirit, you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. To walk in love is to allow the love of God that has been shed abroad in your heart to dominate you. (Romans 5:5). It is to allow your re-created human spirit to dominate your flesh. When the New Testament speaks of love, it has in mind not just our love for others, but first and foremost, God’s love for us. (1 John 4:10). We love, because He first loved us. (1 John 4:19). Meditate on love by meditating on 1 Corinthians 13. Read it over and over. Think on it. Feed on it. Act on it.
