Massively Open Online Courses or MOOCS, are being hailed as the new method of free learning in which universities from around the world offer an e-version of their regular courses online, for free and for everyone. India can use MOOCs to a great extent. This model of education is one of the most accessible, if not THE most accessible learning model available today.
