Sikandar Ali A MOMENT OF SILENCE FOR THOSE WHO ALWAYS PORTRAY PAKISTAN AS ANTI MINORITIES STATE Wing Commander Ronald Felix Afzal, is a veteran F-16 pilot and currently serving as the program test pilot for the JF-17 Thunder aircraft built by Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC). W.C Ronald also commands the 16th Squadron called Black Panthers. The squadron is currently equipped with JF-17 Thunder Block-1 aircrafts. He has marketed the aircraft in Turkey and Dubai air shows.
