Simple Joys, Day 14 The GBH was at the pond again this morning. I walked down the lane to get photos of this beautiful bird. The mallards didnt mind me or the GBH. As I walked back up the lane, I looked up and four BVs were circling over the field and waning Luna was still visible in the clear blue sky. Beauty is all around us... My van was taken away for parts today. I was sad as it really was a part of me and my life. The memories can never be taken away. Thats what I will always keep with me. As the afternoon drifted into evening, I took a walk on this glorious day and felt the inner peace that comes with silence, mindful breathing, and moving my body. Smooth jazz was my work music. It centers me and helps me focus. Sweet dreams to all. Be grateful for each day.
