Since Badges are a constant source of confusion right now (Im not sure if Im wording what I know right or what...), heres the tl:dr instructions. IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST WITH A TABLE- you have a badge that was purchased with your table. This is an artist badge. You will pick this up in the alley as we have been doing the past couple of years. (return artists should be familiar with this.) You should bring your receipt of purchase just for extra confirmation. IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST WITHOUT A TABLE AND ARE ON THE WAITING LIST- your badge will still be purchased with your table. If you purchase a badge to attend the convention as a regular attendee, and then receive a code from eventbrite to purchase a table between now and the convention, you will have to still pay the table price, then contact webmaster/Reg and ask them to refund your standard badge cost. (i.e. the conversion statement that confused everyone. My apologies for bad wording.) IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST WITHOUT A TABLE AND ARE NOT ON THE WAITING LIST- I would recommend signing up for the waiting list to try and get a table. IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST WHO IS SHARING A TABLE WITH ANOTHER ARTIST, BUT ARE NOT THE ARTIST THE TABLE IS REGISTERED TO- You will have to purchase a standard convention badge. You will still be able to pick it up in the alley but you MUST bring receipt of purchase. You will also have to have an artist who has an artist badge with you when you pick up your badge. Please have the artist that is registered to the table email me with the name of the person who is sharing the table. IF YOU ARE A HELPER OF AN ARTIST-You must have a standard convention badge. You will be able to pick it up in the alley but you must have the artist you are helping with you when you pick it up. YOU must be present pick it up, your artist friend cannot pick it up for you. IF YOU ARE AN ARTIST PURCHASING THE BADGE FOR YOUR HELPER-you will still have to be present when your helper gets their badge. You still cannot pick up the badge when they are not present. IF YOU ARE A HELPER AND YOUR ARTIST IS ARRIVING AFTER YOU- You will still have to wait for your artist to arrive before you can check-in. I may allow some helpers to set up early under very special circumstances, but I really need to take precautions with this. My apologies. Keep in mind many of these rules are just -for now-, and things may improve for everyone by the convention.
