Since I cant do any of my usual intense exercises, or anything upper body (no heavy lifting) this week...I decided to do a few minutes of lower body, low-impact exercises this morning. I wanted to and knew it would be good to keep my muscles engaged and stretched out, and maintain good circulation throughout my body. It felt good just to do a little something even if it was just for a few minutes. Those of of you who are looking to start small, or cannot currently do anything upper body (injuries, surgeries, etc.)--these are great moves to do, a minute a piece, then repeat if you want. We have the larger muscle groups in our lower body, which means you will be breaking a sweat quicker and burning more calories too! ❤️
