Since I dont have television, and I have a BFF whos a huge football fan, Ive watched the Super Bowl the past three years on the internet. This year, us internet folk actually got to watch many of the same SB commercials you cable/broadcast people watch. I was upset when people started singing different languages in the Coke commercial because we had closed captions stuck on and with a rocky start to the stream, I never turned them off. I was bummed because they put the words in the CC in English and my brain was like Ummm, I know the English words, could you please type what theyre actually singing??? So I too missed the two dads in my flustered state. But I also missed whatever scene(s) is/are not from the United States that everyone keeps saying it was a world-wide conglomeration of images. Really? They sang America the Beautiful to images from other countries or are people just that ignorant about the diversity of our country?
