Since I mentioned this before, let me clarify my post about Citibank. Their website is filled with bugs. From annoying false validation messages, to screens that mean nothing to the more serious incident I mentioned before. To be more specific, last night - I was able to log on to their site for the first time in months, and attempted to change my address. Filled out the entire thing, then was asked what my CVV code was. I entered this screen directly from my profile page, not *through* a specific credit card. I gave them my CVV, not once but three times and received false validation messages each time. On the third attempt, the website claimed to have locked me out. I had no access to my account information at all, but the buttons on the website were all still available. So I clicked online chat. Secure, pre-authenticated chat where the website provided my name to me, and my account information to the representative. Then she provided it to me. I am now unable to log into my account again, and after I think three phone calls (one of them burned by a call center rep), I am still unable to access my account. Say its browser settings to a web developer is like asking them to eat out of a dog bowl with a smile. Its the catch-all bullshit answer every one of those ass holes give when they dont have an answer themselves. Needless to say, Im searching for a new bank and Im willing to pay for it in balance transfer fees. Citi-bank, you ass-holes are fired as soon as I find a bank that will take my money (and profit off my interest) without harassing me for doing it.
