Since I often get asked what I do for my own personal workouts, I decided to start giving you a sneak peek of my favorite exercises and fitness tips. Hope you enjoy and let me know what you think! ~ Add a little spice to your current full body or upper body day and try this exercise. Starting in a high plank with dumbbells in hand, perform a push up, followed by a renegade row on each side and finish with 4 mountain climbers. *You can always modify by placing your knees on the ground which I demonstrate last. Push ups work your pecs, deltoid, tricep and abdominal muscles. The renegade row simultaneously targets all upper body muscles including your back and biceps as well as your legs and abs which help stabilize the body. Sprinkle in the climbers to keep your heart rate up while strengthening your core. Whether timed (as many you can do in 30-45 seconds) or by reps, its fun and effective.
