Since I stopped smoking, I gain 3 kilos in 1 month. So hard to shed the unwanted weight doesnt matter how much yoga I do. It needs something else seems like my body is now immune to yoga and just love to eat since I have no nicotine intake and appetite is high..So I decided to do an experiment in a 3 day Fasting Program..First day was 12 hours fasting, very hard hunger cravings is hard to beat as we are designed to eat..second day 12 hrs fasting, trying not to move a muscle so I wont loose any energy and will not need food so I did nothing but sleep all day to give my body to cleanse itself and rest and heal naturally as the efffect of fasting..But bad side effects sinking in..Muscle pains is terrible and bad throat..Now im in my last day,and done an hour intermidiate yoga this morning including arm balances and headstand, but this time I already done 16 hours of fasting since my last meal.I lost 3 kilos in 3 days 1 inch less on waistline..feeling good of myself..this kind of way to loose weight is good for those who doesnt like to do any exercise..But its got to be monitored as it is kinda addictive..I would like to carry on but I think I will be pushing it..I like my exercise.. The stop smoking was not a problem for me as i forgot already that I used to smoke.The thing I find it hard to deal with is how to keep my weight down...Is there any ex smokers having the same weight problem like me??
