Since I was planning on staying in Eastern Oregon much longer than Jimmy we came home with a ton of partially defrosted meat. I just browned up 6 pounds of deer and elk steak to slow roast with onions, worcestershire, and garlic in some whiskey. Have a 5 pound chicken slow roasting in the oven with the can cooker(the "can" has cranberry sprite and onions in it) and 4 pounds of boneless pork ribs cut into small pieces and slow roasting in a sauce made from Coca Cola! One of these three things will go to potluck tomorrow some will go with Jimmy on the boat tonight and the rest Jordan and I will eat on while he is fishing or get frozen. I may not need to cook for DAYS!!
