Since Ive been taking our newest product. (The multipurpose beverage) I have been able to dominate my work outs every day! My recovery time is nuts!!!! I added 20 pounds to my squat work out last week. (Typically would be a dumb move on my part) Literally went to failure and was hardly sore at all the next day!! Before I would have been crawling up the stairs. Cant even believe it!!!!
