Since Thanksgiving truly is a day of good hospitality, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank very much all of my outstanding Facebook contacts in the Hospitality industry for some truly memorable hotel stays in 2013, along with some very special Niagara University College of Hospitality and Tourism Management alumni as well. First and foremost, my numerous Facebook and Niagara University contacts as Sheraton At The Falls in Niagara Falls, NY. Geoffrey Reeds has played an integral part of the success of these stays, and will always appreciate his Asst. Director of Sales, Monica Rapini, and Sales Manager, Christy Boccaccio, two wonderful NU Hotel Mgt. grads who truly care about the guests here. Alanna Collura, Michelle Collura, Sam Pacioni, Jennifer Mueller, and Courtney Michelle are just some of the servers at TGI Fridays that have done a great job for me over the years here! Other Facebook friends that have done great work for me this year have been Jillian Lyons at the Sheraton Springfield, MA Monarch Place Hotel, Kristina Ott and Rachel Brule, two great servers at the Erie Grill at the Del Monte Lodge in Pittsford, NY, and Lori Boccaccio Alstrom, another NU College of Hospitality Deans Award Nominee in 2013, along with Monica Rapini. Lori is doing great as a Global Sales Director with Wyndham Hotels in a new position.
