Since a lot of my friends here on Facebook are in the fitness industry I thought youd want to know about Spike TVs new reality show Gym Rescue. The first episode airs this Sunday at 10PM on Spike TV and its packed with great info thatll help you in your business, and a ton of drama that will keep you shaking your heads and saying what the hell? It is a reality show after all... lol As you may or may not know Im the production consultant for the show which means Im on set behind the scenes helping to navigate the show as it relates to the BUSINESS of fitness. There are plenty of others on set who help stir up the drama and reality. Anyhow, I brought in our very own Joshua Carter and Samantha Taylor as the experts for episode one and they did an amazing job helping UFC champions Randy Couture and Frank Shamrock fix the gym and help the owner get his business back on track. As with any good reality show, time was ticking and the pressure to get it right was mounting... ...suddenly tempers flared when Frank Shamrock and the gym owner had a little misunderstand and some one almost got their face bashed in - YIKES! Gym Rescue airs this Sunday night at 10:00 PM on Spike TV, so grab your favorite Quest bar and take a gander. Rumor is, Im in front of the Camera on Episode 2. Ill tell you more about that next week
