Since everyone is still on this, I will be too... One of my dearest and most precious friends (who is not of the same skin color) lost her son a few years ago to a "hate crime" of murder. It is believed that his life was taken by those of the same race... BUT, this mother has not ever gotten an answer as to WHO, WHY, WHAT may have happened or ANYTHING at all!!! At this point, and for years...no authority figures have worked on this nor has this been in the media, etc... Now, how is that not the ultimate injustice!!!?? And why are we not focusing on people such as her and her family... And trying to at least get them the closure they need with some answers!!?? Another example of how "hate crimes" are not just occurring between different races...it happens with ALL. I pray for people to wake up and start working together to get this country back in order and get answers and TRY to have justice for all!!
