Since its all over the SF news, this is an absolutely fascinating story by @DanBarber that anyone who has considered the foie gras issue MUST watch! Its a pioneering approach by a small Spanish farmer, Eduardo Sousa, who not only raises his geese in a humane environment but only does it in their natural environment! Btw, DOSA has never served foie gras but always supports sustainable, humane and natural practices of food production! :-)
