Since joining the Body By Vi mission to fight obesity my life has truly changed in many ways! The amazing people I have met in person and online keep me motivated to become the best version of myself. Not only have I lost weight and built muscle, I feel great. I used to have headaches all the time, not any more! I have learned so much about food, nutrition and exercise but the personal growth I have had is truly the best part! I would have never pushed myself to watch, read and try many of the things I have in these last few months. Visalus is not a diet, its a lifestyle and I love it! I am still a work in progress but I have a goal and the tools I need so I know I will succeed! Its almost a new year and I know many of you are looking for a new start, let me help you!
