Since my post yesterday about not decreasing calories when I get ready for a shoot but instead increasing my output spurned so many questions Ive decided I will post exactly my intake each day and what Im doing as far as my training output. Weight this morning was 239.5 Started with 10 minute warmup on Stepmill at level 10. Did the advanced mens daily trainer workout (shoulders) from the website, including abs, finished with 12 sets of deadmill sprints. Burned approx 1660 calories in 84 minutes. Tonight I plan on running 16x100 yard sprints with 45 seconds between each sprint. Will finish with 45 sets of bleacher runs.
