Since my successful surgery, rehabilitation has become a physical transformation; through detoxification, nutrition and exercise. I can feel it occurring internally as well, which is a good sign that all my properties are realigning quite well. G-d willing it continues. Keeping my heart, mind, body and soul as pure as I can; after all it is my Temple and I ought to take good care of it. It is great to see that finally I am leaning out, and my physique is improving daily... which is representative of spiritual activity: shedding excess, dead and toxic energy while correction, refinement, and healthy development advances. This is something that everyone should be taking into account and seriously considering in like manner for themselves, I would hope that any example such as this will serve as an inspiration for everyone to follow after. It can only create a better life, so why not start now?!?!
