Since tomorrow marks the last day of 2014 I am excited to start making big changes in the new year. Along with other goals this year I am determined to stick to my new #trim4life goal! As many of you have seen, I have become a business partner with Valisha Owens Davis selling great products from JM Ocean Avenue. Our products are proven to make this years weight loss, get lean, build mass and stay healthy goals SO much easier. I am posting my goals on Facebook to encourage others to do that same and become apart of our #fitfamily. In the year 2015 I will eat cleaner and exercise harder than 2014. My goal is to lose 10lbs but also tone and become more lean. I am promising to give up fast food and soda replacing those with my WAVfocus (preworkout), WAVbeyond (protein), WAVinvigorate (thermogenics), WAVsmart (meal replacement) and WAVMpower (recovery).
