Since we are about to start talking Fall (read: pumpkins) I am asking for your favorite Fall things (pumpkins). What do you LOVE the most about Fall (...pumpkin stuff)? If you have any (pumpkin) recipes youd like to share...GREAT! Post them here and Ill share them with everyone else. Heres a recipe for cookies or something about pumpkins... Elissa Holgates Pumpkin Cookies Cookies 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking power 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/2 cup butter (softened) 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup pumpkin 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix together softened butter, pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Mix together all of the dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients with the butter, pumpkin, egg and vanilla. Drop by teaspoons full onto cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool on wire racks Drizzle with glaze Glaze 2 cups powered sugar (icing sugar) 3 tbsp milk 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp vanilla
