Since we havent been getting a lot of replies, I want to make sure all of you who are a part of our Relay For Life know about this! I ts just around the corner! :) Good evening all you fantabulous Relayers! Hope your weekend is going great and all is well in your life. It’s time for our wrap up, and weve made some changes to the way we will do it this year, so we know you and your teammates will enjoy it! Wrap up will be held on Monday, November 3rd, from 6:30 to 8 pm at Port Naz Church…yes, the same place we had the meetings at. This will be a potluck dinner, so please bring your favorite main dish, along with either a dessert or a side dish. Since your entire team is invited, make sure you provide enough for each one, that way we will have plenty. They can bring dishes too…remember, delegate. The committee will be providing soda, water and utensils, so you don’t need to worry about that. If you were a recipient of a trophy last year, make sure you bring it with you, as you might not be going home with it after the meeting. If you cannot make it and receive one, please contact me so we can get that taken care of. Bring all of your spirit points with you, and the winner for this year will be decided. We will honor each of you as outstanding team captains, as it was with your help that we were able to meet and exceed our goals for this year. Please reply to this email with how many will attend and what you are bringing so we have an accurate count.
