Since you are Latino, then you do not belong here. Latinos are the people born in Spain, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and most of Central and South America. If you are Latino you must get in line behind the others who are applying for citizenship UNLESS you were born in America to American parents. Once the border lines were drawn (in 1848) everyone on either side became its citizen. This is what the Constitution says about citizenship. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps. Notice the words... laws fill in the gap, and what is the law? If you dont know then look at the Immigration laws. How simple is that.
