Must be able to assess customer needs, work within a team environment, handle multiple tasks and deadlines, resolve problems, communicate clearly and deal with customer complaints. Must be an accomplished PC user and have a clear understanding of the World Wide Web, Excel and Powerpoint. This position requires 34 hours per week, Monday - Friday in office.
