Single Leg Hurdle Hop (Continuous) The Single Leg Hurdle Hop is a unilateral (one-side) Plyometric exercise where in one leg is used to hop over the hurdle and land on the same leg. This variation of the single leg hop focuses on the ability to do multiple hops over a short period of time. This exercise improves Power, Stability, and Balance of the leg. It also improves Vertical Jump Height. This is also perfect for injury prevention and rehabilitation. If you don’t have hurdles, you can either use other things laying around to use as a hurdle or you can just perform the exercise without one. Just make sure the form is spot on.
