Single Leg Plyometrics is an essential piece to a volleyball - TopicsExpress

Single Leg Plyometrics is an essential piece to a volleyball players training routine. The constant bi-lateral jumping in volleyball causes imbalances (strength & structural) between the right and left leg. This is generally created by driving more power in the take-off through one leg and also absorbing the landing through one leg more than the other. Athletes that perform single leg work experience much less of the imbalances between their legs. youtu.be/eP6mDN_FnCE
