Sis. Donna Cuthbertson is preaching the morning message for the Life Members Council celebration. Her message is titled, Each One, Make One As we look at the scripture in Matthew 28:18-20. It is a personal instruction. Known as the Great Commission, its the last recorded personal instruction given by Jesus to his disciples. Its a calling to all followers to take specific action to those on this earth, all races and all backgrounds. We must become fully committed followers of Christ transformed by the Holy Spirit. It is not a suggestion, it is a command. God tells us to, Go. We cannot go if we sit still. We must move. Everywhere you are, you have a chance to go and be a witness. We are to let our light shine that men may see your good works and glorify your father in heaven. God is light, and in Him there is no darkness. We are to share a message that Jesus Saves. He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. We are to tell others about this Jesus who can do anything. God is your mentor. He will never leave you nor forsake you. The work is outside this building; outside the walls of 3165 Bradshaw Road. We must reach the people. Tell somebody about Jesus. The wages of sin is death but the free gift of our God is eternal life. You cant make one if you dont know the One! Are you making disciples? Are you listening to the command? Share the gospel. Live the life. Tell the message. tc
