Sisi addressing al Azhar: We talked before about the importance of the religious discourse and I am saying that we are proceeding in this point the real religious discourse. The problem does not consist in the doctrine The problem may exist in the ideology, this ideology which had been sanctified among us. This is what we are saying about the religious discourse we mean To be synchronized with our time Its a renewal which is in progress every year or maybe less How is it possible to do… I am speaking here to the religious leaders We have to think a lot about the actual status I talked already about this issue one or two times We have to make a long stop in front of our situation. Its not possible that this ideology we are sanctifying is pushing the whole nation to be a source of concern, danger, death and destruction to the world Its not possible that this ideology… and I am not talking about religion I am talking about this ideology which had been sanctified about texts and ideas which had been sanctified for hundreds of years and how is it difficult to get out to the point that it is facing the whole world. How is it possible that 1.6 billions would kill the whole world: 7 billion persons to be able to live: Its not possible. I am saying this point here in El Azhar in front of the religious leaders and I swear that I will argue you in the Resurrection Day in front of the Almighty God about what I am saying here. Its not possible to be aware of the problem if you are living inside it; you have to get out to watch it and to read it with an enlightened and real thinking. You are strongly in need to stop and think, and I am repeating it: We need a religious revolution Reverent Imam, you (pluriel) are responsible in front of God The whole world is expecting from you The whole world is expecting your word because this Umma (nation) is shred The nation is under destruction The nation is losing its way and this perdition is done by our own hands we are losing it. https://youtube/watch?v=QmA9-RDTpWs
