Sitting here early early this morning at the breakfast table, reminiscing about the good ole childhood days with my husband. Talking about going to our grandparents home and what we ate and the cousins that we spent time with....and how little material that we had but didnt even care or give it a second thought....NO DRAMA!!!! NO BACK BITING....NO FAKING....TRUE ENJOYMENT, TRUE FAMILY LOVE... Life was so good back then....family really loved one another and enjoyed each others company without a price....friends actually called and talked to you on the phone of came to your home to visit.....you had relationship and knew each other, you didnt need a computer keyboard to touch someone....you actually were there to hold a hand or give a hug to that friend/family who had cancer or had a family member dying, or had other trials in their life ....someone physically there..... my my where has that time gone .....technology is not always a good thing....words on paper or computer or text are good but it is easy read something into a message or leave out something in a message that you may or may not have meant to be taken......Words are easy, actions are difficult.....that is my thought for today....enjoyed my time at 5:00 sitting around the breakfast table reminiscing this am with my husband , one meal, at least, sitting at the table with the husband and kids was an important part of how I chose to bring up my kids a lesson I pray they continue in their family ....
