Sitting in church and I was thinking about the state if emergency Georgia recently experienced. During that time I was stressed, tired, anxiety filled, angry.... My son also was stranded with a six hour school bus ride. But through it all (20hours for me. ) God kept ussafe Not once did I slide , had a tank full of gas, no near accidents, had money to eat, able to maneuver safely around stranded vehicles, safely took a nap, not robbed or raped. I say all this first we all go through tough situations. Its all but the grace of God that we are able to get through ... I made it through without a scratch or scar, some people ran out if gas, got hit, had to abandon cars. Not saying those folks did not have God. Just saying instead of focusing on the problems be grateful of the fact you made it. You are still here in sound mind and body. Focus on lessons learned or take time to reflect on what you have learned. Even if its nothing but , I am alive ...I am a survivor. I have to give God all the glory because even though it was a loong night. We made it through without a scratch or wrinkle.
