Saturday, July 27, 2013 will mark sixty years after the signing of an armistice agreement that stopped the Korean War. To this day, there has been no formal peace treaty to end the war. The Korean peninsula remains a tinderbox. Today, 27,000 U.S. troops are stationed in Korea, with regular military maneuvers simulating a new war.
