Sketching Landscape with Tang Ling Nah (Recommended for participants ages 16 & above) Skill level: No prior drawing background required Sun 28 Jul / 4 Aug / 22 Sep 2013 | 3pm – 4.30pm (Choose ONE date) Meeting point: Entrance of Exhibition Galleries 1 & 2, Basement $19 (includes basic sketching materials, admission to the exhibition and SISTIC handling fees) Taking reference from selected landscape paintings from the House of Liechtenstein, participants will be introduced to the genre of landscape art and will learn to sketch landscapes. They will study the basic elements of art and design such as shapes, lines and space, and learn to compose a landscape/urban-scape based on the surroundings of the National Museum of Singapore.
