SkyView Forecast for Monday September 29th: Well see more of that cloud cover and moisture as we start our work week. Temps will be slightly warmer for Monday, but day time highs will only reach into the 50s and 60s. Well definitely be experiencing some sweater weather this week. Were expecting heavy rainfall on the South Dakota plains, some areas will see close to 2.00 of rainfall through the day. A low pressure system lifting up from Colorado will bring that moisture and cool weather to the Black Hills. We wont see too much of a change into Tuesday. Temps will still be below the norm for the end of September. That moisture will begin to exit the Black Hills area. We will remain below average for our temps for a majority of the work week, only seeing 50s and 60s. Things will finally dry out towards the tail end of the week and we expect to return to the 70s by next weekend. Meteorologist Darren Leeds
