What sets us apart from other handyman and maintenance companies is that you do not have to hire 3 or 4 different subcontractors to complete a project. Our Techs can handle everything from painting and patching to electrical and plumbing. We are dedicated to offering the highest level of service to our clients and owners. Here is a list of thing that our company has the privilege of taking care of, Painting - drywall- texturing- trim work - electrical- plumbing - tile - hardwoods- cabinets-hardware installation and general property repair. Since we are a local company we can be on the property every day if needed. We do offer a general maintenance program to all of our owners. Here is the scope of what it includes: Key management, providing access to unit and follow up on services. Emergency response during normal business hours for evaluation of water leaks, water intrusion, smoke and fire (not including repair expense) Inspection/Evaluation of unit after major storms and hurricanes Diagnostic service calls Quarterly HVAC filter changes/Inspect condition of equipment. (labor only) Unclogging toilets, sinks, tubs, garbage disposals, and trash compactors. Programming TV/VCR/Remote Control and replacing batteries Replacing smoke detector batteries Replacing standard light bulbs (specialty bulbs excluded) Putting closet doors back on track ( if they are not broken) Re-installing screens on windows Re-installing towel bars and rods (except when drywall repairs are needed) Adjusting refrigerator settings Adjustments to fill valves and flappers in toilet tanks. Resetting breakers Lubricating and adjusting doors and hardware Installing door stops and tips. Pricing for this general maintenance program is $40 per month.
