Slate roof and sash windows met the specificiations of the Historic Society. Previous approved plans included the extension of the house into adjoining stone buildings which could be converted into additonal sleeping rooms and bathroom. Property has a lot of potential - needs a little TLC and vison:-) This is also located within a half mile of the Blackrock/Ballahoura mountain bike trail - for the "adventurist" check out beastofballyhoura. Potential to utilize this property as a rental during this season.
