Slipping Through My Fingers.......The truth is, whether they are our daughters or our sons, the time seems to fly by and before we know it they are grown and have children of their own. For you young moms, I remember how hard it is. I remember how you question yourself and wonder am I the mom I need to be for each one. The simple joy of watching your baby sleep, the wonder of that first word or first step, the amazement of each one of their achievements during their school days.....these things, and more, speak volumes to a mothers heart and are forever written in the height and the length and the depth of your love for them. I pray for every one of you that you wont be too hard on yourself; that you will take the time to really live in the moment with your children and not just manage the hectic days and busy nights that are so often at the center of family life.
