Slow roasted lamb with garlic and rosemary- so tender you dont even need teeth! Lol 150c for 3 hours put in an oven bag- this keeps all the moistness and juices in. When done slit the bag and empty juices in a pot whisk in a slurry made of flour and water. About 1 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp water. Add a little at a time until it is to your desired thickness. Best gravy ever! Served with all roasted veg Broccoli, cauli, pumpkin and sweet potato I used a half leg of lamb
