Slowly but Steadily, everything can change ~my favorite professor at university Muhammad Watheq. I remember it was only 6 months for me working and I faced some attitude issues with some people around (mainly managers). I emailed him to show gratitude that he taught me someday the idea of a Positive feedback which I believe it should be the basic thing in the manager/leader-employee relationship. and then he replied teaching me one of the most important rules in life. Yes, its the one at the first line of this post ;) This sentence has helped me so much for about 9 years now; either in my professional career or generally in life. May Allah reward him for that. Amin I wonder if anybody can mention him to read that! If so.. Sir, I want to tell you.. Jazakallahu Khayran :)
