Small Group Homework: 300: 30 reps of each listed exercise for time. 1. Alternating backwards lunge 2. Knee to Elbow Plank 3. Squats (it is not a squat unless you break parallel) 4. Mt. Climbers 5. Toe touches- On your back with legs extended to ceiling. Reach right hand to left foot then left hand to right foot. Pull chest to ceiling- get your shoulder blades up. 6. Up-down Planks (start plank on forearms then move up to your hands then back down to forearms for one) 7. Split squat jumps (lunge and jump to switch front foot) 8. Push-ups 9. Russian Twist (V-sit twist): sit on your butt and make a V with your body. Twist and touch past your hips on each side for a count of one. 10. Squat jumps Have a strong weekend! Red
