Smart-Management: At an angle of unlearning your leadership The air of the new environment of work can be so serene and friendly, that one may forget that one is no longer the one in charge, that one began to act as if one is, by a few seconds statement that reflects that, but ones mind would not fail to tell one of what one is up. Alas! there is a departure from what must be obtainable in a peaceful work setting, though this rancor is at it embryo, so abort it as it happens, for that is a sign of humility and admittance of ones imperfect management at the angle of unlearning to give room for others. Your long years of being authority can be made habitual that if not careful can gore everyone to the marrow in another set-up where you should be a follower. Understand that ones status changes from one domain to another. Some have so enriched themselves to the extent that they think nobody could lord over them that they are given to oppressing their subordinates, at last if not repented such ones condemnation would be unrestricted executed by the LORD of the whole universal through HIS son JESUS.
