Smashed back last night, woke up this morning aching like mad! Workout was; wide grip lat pulldown 2 warm up sets 15-20 reps 3 working sets, 12 - 15 reps and on the last set I did the stack for 6 reps, jsut over half for 10 reps and then did a light weight until failure for about 16 reps T bar rows warm up set 3 plates 15 reps working set 5 plates 12 reps working set 6 plates 12 reps working set 7 plates 10 reps incline hammer grip dbell rows (double arm) warm up set 26kg dbells - 15 reps working set 30kg dbells - 12 reps working set 34kg dbells - 12 reps working set 40kg dbells - 8 reps straight arm standing pull downs to finish 3 sets of 15-20 Not a great deal of volume here but was intense with short rest periods while lifting heavy which is ideal for building size and losing fat at the same time! Give it a go guys, my back ache is aching from top to bottom!!
