Smith Point Archerys Youth Archery League! Smith Point Archery is proud to announce the Winter Youth Archery League, starting Friday, January 2nd at 7pm, and every week thereafter for 9 weeks. Join us for fun and friendly competition among your peers, in a tournament setting, team format. You can compete with your equipment or we will provide it for you. Cost will be $99 pre-paid for the 9 week event. Co-ed teams will be picked after averages are established and will be made to be as equal as possible. A handicap system will level the field for the beginners. A pizza party will take place the last night, along with the award ceremony. On the last night after 8 weeks of shooting, trophies will be awarded for top placing teams, top male and female, and most improved archer. All archers completing the league will be awarded a medal of achievement. Archers using the range bows will be required to purchase their own arrows, armguard and finger tab. This league is designed to introduce kids to some friendly team competition and is ideal for complete beginners to more advanced archers. Please call for more details or to sign up.
