Smiths Falls & District Collegiate Institute is looking for a mural artist and a local building owner who can help with a project that will see the school apply for a Youth Creativity Challenge grant from the Artsmarts foundation. Students will identify a historically significant event in local history and depict it on a mural to be mounted in public space. The grant will provide from $1,000 to $5,000 per project.
