Smriti shares: My 5 year old non verbal girl on Asd, has been regressing lately. She had achieved quite a bit in the last 18 months with speech coming and learning verbs, nouns, high sitting tolerance, unerstanding boundaries, now suddenly we seem to be back from where we started. Nothing perceptibly has changed in her enviroment or relationships. She is due to start mainstream school in April and am very concerned. My question to the moms out there is 1) how do I help her manage her behaviours and meltdowns. 2) how do i mentally keep strong. Sometimes I just feel like giving up, it all seems so futile
