Snack No. 2 in our Sankrantri Special Snack Week !! HEALTY yet TASTY Cheesy Vegetable Nuggets Ingredients :- For Vegetable Mixture Vegetables of your Choice, we have used :- French Beans, Cabbage, Carrot, Onions, Green chill, Boiled potato and Coriander. Bread crum - 2 Big Spoon Maida - 1 Big Spoon Corn Flour - 1 Spoon Ginger Chilly Garlic paste - 1 Spoon Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Chaat Masala and Salt to taste For Coating the Nuggets :- Bread crum - 1 Spoon Corn Flour - 1/2 spoon Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Chaat Masala and Salt to taste Mozzarella Cheese For Filling PROCEDURE :- Step 1 - Cut and Finely Chop all the Vegetables in Chilly cuter, Vegetable chopper or Blender. Then Remove all the Water from the Vegetables by Pressing it with the Hands. Step 2 - Add all the Ingredients for Vegetable Mixture , mix it Properly and Prepare small balls as shown in the Picture. ( The mixture should be Thick and not Soggy. If its soggy add more Bread crum ) Step 3 - Cut Small thin Cubes of Cheese ,Fill it in the Balls as shown in the Picture and Give it a Square Shape. Step 4 - Mix all the Ingredients for Coating and Coat the nuggets in it Properly. Step 5 - Fry it in Hot Oil at Medium Flame ( Dont touch the Nugget till 1 minute after putting it in the oil , or else the cheese might Come out ) Your Cheesy Vegetable Nuggets are Ready !! Serve it with Sauce and Mayonnaise. TIP :- You Can Store the Coated Nuggets in an Air tight Container in the Freezer for 10-15 Days. Fry the Frozen Nuggets Immediately after removing it from the Freezer. For All the Jains :- You can Replace Potato with Raw Banana and Avoid Onions and Carrot.
