Amend art 83 to allow MPs expelled by their political parties to loose seat and give political parties the right of recall of MPs after 24 months in parliament. 4. Amend art 143 to reduce the years of qualification for one to qualify as a judge of the high Court from 10 to 7. 5. Amend art 212 to give the president powers to regulate the police in public interest.
