So- poor Pays-Bas, as the French call the Nederlands! Pays-Bas means low country in French. An aside to France Telecom, who broadcast the foot, soccer, tonight. It sucked!! The picture continuously froze, split, sometimes even stating no availabilty, whatever- for almost two hours!! Surely it could have been a better, repaired feed in all that time! Ill be the half time advertisers were really happy that theyd paid all those euros, just to be able to not be viewed!! An aside- perhaps French mainline TV, and not Satellite, could at least manage to broadcast the Wimbledon finals or the U.S. Open finals, or the Australian Open finals!! There is more to life than the Tour de France, although I love watching that, too! Thats my rant for this evening, and Im sticking to it!
