So 12 weeks to go.. cardio is already at 7 times a week for 30 minutes at 5.30am. After a ten hour shift crazy workouts are from 6.30pm to 8.30pm and by the time ive eaten an horrendous amount of tasteless food and just water its 12.30pm.. so five hours in bed but thats not all sleep as i cant sleep on either side because both shoulders are just in too much pain, on my back i cant sleep as i cant breathe because my necks too big and on the front my stomachs so full it makes me throw up. Life of a bodybuilder.. who wants it?
